Two people were killed and three others were wounded when a gunman opened fire on a truck driven by a FedEx trucker in Texas on Saturday, authorities said.
Authorities have not released a motive in the attack that took place in rural rural Shreveport, about 45 miles northwest of Houston.
Authorities said the driver of the truck was killed and two other people were injured when the gunman opened fired on the truck.
Authorities identified the victim as 24-year-old Daniel Thomas Brown, of Shreveton, according to the Shreveportsport Post and Courier.
A woman who was with the truck and was hit by the gunfire was taken to the hospital, but died of her injuries, according a statement from the Shrevesport Police Department.
Police said they were searching for the suspect and that he is described as a white male in his early 20s.
A large amount of evidence was also recovered from the scene of the shooting, the Shrewsbury Police Department said in a statement.
Brown was charged with two counts of capital murder in the death of the FedEx driver.
